Biografía
Javier Licea is an enthusiast of the English language. At an early age he discovered his taste for it. From pop culture to literature, going through more technical language, the road has been long and enriching. Due to his profesional path, Javier has worked in global companies and has had contact with a wide variety of English-speaking people from different latitudes. He has lived in the US and the UK. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Oxford. Javier Licea is the Sales and Operations Director of Review Quality, the representative of the TOEIC program in Mexico
